Divingindepth.com is for YOU, the diving community and our goal is provide you the best online diving resource for you to hang out in and enjoy.

We don't want to have to implement a lot of rules and regulations. We want to keep this forum open for free and open discussion about all topics related to diving. However, there are a few rules we need to set in place:

-Avoid profanity of any kind when submitting or replying to posts
-Do not place links to porn sites or any other demeaning websites in your posts
-Do not use racial slurs or epithets in your posts
-Do not get into religious debates or slander religions in anyway in your posts
-Do not submit 'advertising' posts, such as placing an ad for your business in our forums
-Do not bash or scorn companies. Discussing problems you had or giving recommendations is fine, but refrain from one-off assaults on companies.
-Use 'constructive criticism' not bashing and scorning when discussing problems, issues, etc.

That''s about it. We know you guys can adhere to these simple rules. Thanks for understanding and complying with these rules.

Let us know if you have any questions and enjoy Divingindepth.com!

No profanity, good.  It should raise the general level of discussions.  How about a rule against using things like \'\'irregardless\'\'. I wince every time I see that.  It\'\'s regardless or irrespective!  There should be a penalty of two days with no posts for using that.\'

I don''t think proper english or grammer is going to make a difference.  Just relax a little and try to get some information insetad of having an English Teacher Breakdown.
